Instructions:

1) The continuing education credits earned by passing are currently only valid for Fitness Professionals certified through the ISSA and NFPT.

2) You have 5 opportunities to pass this examination. You will need to answer 75% of the questions correctly to pass. The system will automatically grade your exam.

3) The examination is 60 questions long. Questions are multiple-choice, true/false and yes/no.

4) When passed you will be presented with a page that will allow you to print a certificate. Please print the certificate and keep it in a safe place as you will not be able to return to the same page at a later date.

5) You will send the certificate to the ISSA and/or NFPT when it is time to renew your certification.

6) Your username will be a valid email address

7) Please make your password at least 6 characters or digits long (it is not case sensitive)

8) If you are INACTIVE for 20 minutes or longer while taking the exam the system will automatically time you out and you will need to retake the test. It will not give you a failing grade, but you will need to start over.

9) Please realize the exam includes questions from the bonus CDs as well as the main Sales Kit CDs.
